I'm a career coach and am passionate about supporting people to find more happiness in their work.

 

I qualified in June 2024 with the Animas Centre for Coaching via their Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching. ​I’m also accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner.

​

Outside of coaching, I have more than 15 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, including several years managing, mentoring and leading teams.​ I’ve previously run a small business so closely understand the challenges faced by those developing them.

I'm also an amateur runner (mostly so I get time to myself to listen to Podcasts) and a parent to two small but very energetic children.
